Undoubtedly
the brain has many programmes relating to body management, growth,
maturity and death. Most of the programmes are formulated from
hereditary information passed down to you via parental genes.
However, this book is only concerned with environmental programming.
Programmes which are written by the mind using the information absorbed through sight, sound, touch, taste and smell.
Because the mind, body and how it works is so complex, although scientists and psychologists have covered great distances, there are still very large gaps in the knowledge of the mind and body.
The booklet is a dynamic working document and needs to develop and grow as pertinent information becomes available. I need you to feedback to me your successes and failures so that we may help others who feel that they are smoothed and squashed by destructive habits and their minds dominant negativity.
