About Us
Who is the author and what is this book about?
The author has been fighting his shape and body size all his life. He was 14 stone at 14 years old and 18 stone at 18years old. Body mass went up and down over the next 45 years. Binge drinking and eating frequently occurred. Suffice it to say the author has all the experience of dieting and failing most of his life.
This booklet was put together 6 years ago after the author finally achieved an acceptable lifestyle and met his much desired needs.
What is this book about?
The information in this book will convince people to try a new and different
approach in getting rid of unwanted habits. It will demonstrate that what can
be learned can be unlearned and what can be programmed can be reprogrammed.
To face up to the fact, that when people say “can’t change” they
really mean “won’t change”.
I
am hoping that you, the readers, will regain control and be in
charge once and for all. I want people to find and live out their
own personal values and beliefs, instead of living out others’.
Control yourself and do not be controlled by others. To protect and get yourself a permanent defence against all the negative environmental influences.
Do it for yourself and not for others. To motivate to such a level that
change will be welcome and automatic. To reduce the effect of negative
perception faults, that are inherent in all, especially vision; perception
is fifteen stone; reality is ten, a 34 inch waist looks 42 inches.
